1. Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and immediately accessible after purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason - even if you have already downloaded the files. No forms and no hoops: email us and we will process it.

Not what you expected? That is a valid reason.
Materially defective products (corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the description) are always refundable.

Not eligible for a refund

The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
Evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated buy-download-refund cycles or redistribution of the files)

2. Consulting Services

Consulting services are governed by the cancellation and payment terms in your signed agreement. Refunds for consulting engagements are subject to the specific terms outlined in the written scope of work for each project.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email mauricioanalyst@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

Your order number or purchase confirmation email
The product or service purchased
Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
