1. Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and immediately accessible after purchase, our refund policy is as follows:
Eligible for a full refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The purchased files were not downloaded, or
- The product is materially defective (corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from its description)
Not eligible for a refund
- Files have been downloaded and the product matches its description
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase
- The product was purchased in error but has been accessed
2. Consulting Services
Consulting services are governed by the cancellation and payment terms in your signed agreement. Refunds for consulting engagements are subject to the specific terms outlined in the written scope of work for each project.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email mauricioanalyst@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your order number or purchase confirmation email
- The product or service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
